We enjoyed our stay and would definately go back
We enjoyed our stay at this Condo and Kathy and her son Jerry, were perfect hosts and extremely helpful. They gave us a complete tour of the Condo, building and all of its ammenities. The Condo itself was clean, fully equipped with everything you would need, including two very comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, 2 x complete bathrooms, laundry, office and free internet service with computer and printer, dining area and balcony. The only thing that was missing, was the food...ha..ha!!! However, there is two grocery stores within 2 minutes walk to stock your fridge and cupboards. Tim Hortens, M&M Meats and Pitza Pitza are located at the base of the building. A Liqour Store is located just around the block and Wayne Gretzky's, ST Louis Bar and Grill, as well as many other resteraunts are close by and only a few minutes walk from the Condo Building. We walked everywhere we had to go and only a 20 minute walk to the Eatons Centre. The building also includes full access to a completely equipped Excercise Room, Sauna, Change Rooms, Showers, Huge Hot Tub, Open Air BBQ and Roof Top Dining Area, where there is a spectacular view of the area. Most convenient of all, because we were attending a Blue Jays Baseball Game, was the fact that our Condo is located just accross the stree, and again, only a few munutes walk from our building. With free underground parking, which accommodated our rather large Cadillac Escalade ESV, this is a bargain and you will not be disappointed. We certainly will be calling on Kathy to stay at this wonderful Condo, the next time we visit Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Just Like Home
We had an enjoyable stay at this downtown condo with all the amenities of a home away from home. The fully furnished condo with a full size kitchen was much more convenient than staying at a hotel and was clean and comfortable. There was free garaged parking and free wi-fi. The location was close to many restaurants and shops as well as the CN tower so having a vehicle was unnecessary. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Toronto.

TIFF 15 @ Festival Tower

We had a four day business trip to Toronto and wanted a place to work and unwind. This apartment was fabulous...great kitchen, dishes, pots, pans...like what you would have at home. Apartment was quiet and had TERRIFIC WiFi which made a big difference given we had lots of work to do. Bedrooms were comfortable with big closets and lots of hangers, important when you are traveling with business clothes. Kathy was very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here (or one of her other units) on our next trip as well.

TIFF 15 @ Festival Tower

Everything about this place was perfect including the price/value. We were there for a long weekend. In the heart of the entertainment district - we only took a cab once - walked everywhere we wanted to go. Convenient with everything from groceries to lunch right outside the buildings doors. The facility itself is excellent with fitness center and hot tub. Better than the pictures on line indicate.

We had the good fortune to be able to stay in this condo for one month while visiting Toronto. The condo is in an excellent location for anything you would want to do in Toronto. The condo is well appointed and furnished, clean, and although compact as most city places are it has the advantage of having HDTVs in every room which allows guests to retreat to the bedroom for privacy when needed. The view of the CN tower at night from the balcony is remarkable! The convenience of the restaurant downstairs is a big plus since the food is good and the variety will appeal to many tastes. The owners are very receptive to any need you might have and the staff in the condo building itself are friendly and professional. We enjoyed our extended stay in this condo very much, consider it a great value, and will most likely book it again in the future.
